Lived Experience Telephone Support Service

LETSS is a free, after-hours mental health telephone and web chat support service staffed by people with lived experience.

LETSS provides confidential, peer-based mental health support to people in the Adelaide metropolitan area, available every day from 5pm to 11:30pm.
