Junction Tenancy Services

Junction Australia provides a range of sustainable housing options for South Australians, including houses allocated for those on low to moderate incomes and people with barriers to long-term housing. Eligibility criteria for their housing options depend on various factors, including property ownership, as they do not own all properties managed as a landlord. They cater to individuals with a range of special needs, with some houses managed specifically for those supported by particular organizations.

They also manage housing for individuals who have difficulty accessing the private housing market but do not meet eligibility requirements for social housing. Rent is determined as a percentage of market rental rates, and household income eligibility limits apply. Some of their housing falls under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS), with household income eligibility limits set by the Australian Department of Social Services for NRAS Housing eligibility.
